The product is composed of inner rubber layer, nylon cord fabric, rubber sphere compounded by outer rubber layer and loose metal flange. It has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, shock absorption and noise reduction, flexible installation, etc. It can be widely used in water supply and drainage, circulating water, HVAC, papermaking, petrochemical, ships, compressors, pumps, fans and other pipelines system.
The double ball rubber joint is composed of a fabric-reinforced rubber piece and a loose metal flange, which is used for shock absorption and noise reduction of the pipeline. It is a pipe joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance. It has high internal density, can withstand high pressure, and has good elastic deformation effect. Double spheres have greater compensation than single spheres. It has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, good vibration absorption and noise reduction, and easy installation. 1. During pipeline construction, the double-ball rubber joint must be in a natural state, and installation beyond the displacement limit is strictly prohibited.
2. When the pipeline medium is resistant to acid and alkali, oil, high temperature and other special materials, the joint that is higher than the working pressure of the pipeline - one gear should be selected.
3. When the rubber joint is installed on the ground, suspended or vertically, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the rubber joint is less than the supporting force of the pipeline, otherwise an anti-pull-off device should be installed to prevent the product from losing stability during operation.
4. The flange connecting the rubber joint should be a valve [door flange or a flange conforming to GB/T9115.1-2000.
5. The pipeline must have fixed support or fixed bracket, and the force of the fixed bracket must be greater than the axial force. For vertical installation and overhead installation, corresponding fixing brackets and force-bearing brackets should be installed at both ends of the product to prevent the work from being pulled off after being under pressure.
6. The installation should be kept away from heat sources, and the use of media that does not meet the requirements of this product is strictly prohibited.
7. After the rubber soft joint is under pressure for the first time (such as installation pressure test, etc.) or before it is reactivated after long-term disuse, the bolts should be re-tightened and put into operation.
8. When the displacement of the pipeline is greater than or equal to the large compensation amount of the joint, the number of joints should be increased to parallel the displacement. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the out-of-tolerance of the pipeline, so that the joint is in a state of extreme flexural displacement and deviation, and it is not allowed to exceed the limit. (Extension, displacement, deflection, etc.), please refer to the following table for specific installation data.
9. For high-rise water supply or suspended water supply, the pipeline should be fixed on the hanger and bracket, and the joint should not be allowed to bear the weight and axial force of the pipeline, otherwise the joint should be equipped with an anti-pull-off device (the bearing force must be greater than the axial force of the pipeline) ).
10. When installing the rubber joint, the screw rod of the bolt should extend to the outside of the joint, and the bolts on the end face of each flange should be repeatedly and evenly tightened by means of diagonal pressure to prevent pressure deviation.
