    Silicone rubber joints are composed of fabric-reinforced silicone rubber parts, flat unions, metal flanges or threaded pipe flanges.     Preparation before installation of silicone rubber joint:
    1. Check whether the installed rubber joint is suitable for various media
    2. Check the rated temperature, pressure and displacement range of the joint, and be careful not to exceed the pressure allowable
    Silicone rubber joint positioning and limit:
    1. Make sure the system has supports so the rubber does not bear the weight of the pipe
    2. The installation position of the rubber joint should be as close as possible to the pillar point. If there is no pillar point, check whether the limit device is required.
    3. When the joint is installed on the piping system fixed on both sides, no limit is required. If one side is not fixed, in order to prevent stretching of the joint at pressures higher than those shown in the table below

    Precautions for installation of silicone rubber joints:
    1. Ensure that the sealing surface of the rubber joint is flat, clean and meets the requirements
    2. Do not use flanges with raised surfaces (see picture below)
    3. Place the screw head of the flange towards the rubber ball and the nut towards the pipeline
    4. Gradually tighten the screws until the nuts are evenly tightened (see the picture below)
    5. Do not over-tighten, otherwise it will damage the sealing surface
    6. Don't paint the surface of the sphere
