The product is composed of inner rubber layer, nylon cord fabric, rubber sphere compounded by outer rubber layer and loose metal flange. It has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, shock absorption and noise reduction, flexible installation, etc. It can be widely used in water supply and drainage, circulating water, HVAC, papermaking, petrochemical, ships, compressors, pumps, fans and other pipelines system.
The fluorine-lined soft joint is composed of a fabric-reinforced rubber piece lined with PTFE and a flat union, a metal flange or a threaded pipe flange. It can reduce vibration and noise, and can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. Lining with tetrafluoroethylene is mainly used for corrosive media. Widely used in various pipeline systems, it is a kind of high elasticity, air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance pipe joints. Before each product leaves the factory, testing items such as sphere appearance, hardness, air sealing, pressure bearing and flange anti-dropping will be carried out.

The flange is sprayed with epoxy resin powder, which has strong adhesion and high impact strength.
The radian of the inner forging surface of the flange is R=67°, and the frictional resistance between the flange and the rubber ball is small, which prevents the ball from being scratched, and the bolt is chamfered to prevent the operator from being scratched.
EPDM rubber spheres are stronger than conventional rubber in terms of tensile strength, compression resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance.
