Definition:
The definition of composite hose is gradually generalized, and the composite hoses produced by various manufacturers are aimed at different needs and diversify the products.
Composite hoses are expensive, high temperature, flammable, explosive, corrosive, liquid gases that pollute the environment, and composite hoses are resistant to oil and chemicals. Structure:
The hose body is composed of multi-layer functional polymer films and synthetic fiber fabric reinforcement layers, and the inner and outer two layers of spiral metal wires are tightly wound.
The general structure is as follows.
Inner spiral steel wire: usually stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, polypropylene or TEFLON coated steel wire;
External spiral steel wire: basically choose stainless steel or galvanized steel;
Inner lining layer: Functional films such as Teflon Polietilene Nylon PET are selected according to the characteristics of the conveyed material, and the hose has a wide range of liquid-resistant sealing properties through proprietary technology lamination
Reinforcement and anti-aging outer layer: The reinforcement provides compressive strength to the hose. The outer layer of the hose adopts an anti-wear and anti-aging color outer layer.
Classification:
With the rapid development of composite hoses in the commercial field, there are many types of composite hoses produced by manufacturers, which can be roughly divided into 7 categories:
1. Multi-purpose oil-resistant composite hose, it is widely used to transport fuel oil, liquid gas, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, crude oil and other hydrocarbon products.
2. Multi-purpose chemical conveying hose, it is widely used in conveying corrosive chemical liquid gas products, excellent chemical resistance performance.
3. Vehicle hose, it is specially used for tank trucks, soft and light, suitable for frequent bending and moving use, long-life design, international general tank truck hose.
4. Dock ship loading and unloading hose, it is specially used for dock ships, reinforced structure, heavy-duty type, excellent chemical resistance, frequent bending will not crack.
5. Paint conveying hose, which is specially used for paint and coating products, with solvent resistance, abrasion resistance and excellent oxidation resistance.
6. Low temperature resistant hose, it is used in low temperature environment or conveying low temperature products, such as ethylene, LPG, LNG, propane, dry ice, etc.
7. High temperature hose, it is used for conveying high temperature products, such as hot water, hot oil, etc.Application:
