American standard flanges are generally referred to as flanges produced in accordance with American flange standards. Flange implementation standard ANSI/AISI/ASTM/ASME B16.5, ANSI B16.47. The American Standard flange pressure rating is expressed in pounds. Class150LB refers to 150 pounds of pressure. Flanges are parts that connect pipes to each other and are connected to pipe ends. Flange connection or flange joint refers to a detachable connection in which flanges, gaskets and bolts are connected to each other as a set of combined sealing structures. Pipe flanges refer to flanges used for piping in pipeline installations. The above refers to the inlet and outlet flanges of the equipment. Commonly used standards for flanges: my country's current flange standards are divided into two systems, namely PN series (European system) and Class series (American system). The pressure marking specified in this standard is divided into PN marking and Class marking. PN marking has 12 pressure levels, namely: PN2.5; PN6; PN10; PN16; PN25; PN40; PN63; PN100; PN160; PN250; PN320; PN400. Class marked with 6 pressure levels, namely: Class 150; Class 300; Class 600; Class 900; Class1500; Class 2500.
