1. The materials for making hydraulic seals are irregular. For example, the sealing material is too soft, has poor elasticity, and can cause gaps or damage when the physical machine works. In addition, the material of the hydraulic seal is too hard, and the mechanical operation cannot compensate for the elastic deformation of the gap, which reduces the surface contact stress and aggravates the leakage of hydraulic oil. However, the compatibility of hydraulic oil and hydraulic seal is also very important. Poor adsorption process will cause deterioration, softening, expansion and dissolution, resulting in a large amount of hydraulic oil leakage.

2. The design and manufacture quality of the hydraulic seal installation groove is poor. The main reasons are the dimensional accuracy and shape and position accuracy of the hydraulic seal installation groove. The surface quality of the hydraulic seal installation groove is too poor, resulting in compression deformation caused by installation. The verticality deviation of the diameter axis of the installation groove is large, the compression deformation is uneven, the contact stress is too low, the surface quality of the second groove is low, the surface is rough and uneven, there are burrs, scratches, etc., which are prone to hydraulic oil leakage.

3. Improper selection of the customized hydraulic seal structure can easily lead to leakage of the hydraulic system. Generally, according to the selection of the sliding seal of the hydraulic cylinder, according to life experience, the selection of lip seals and combined seals can reduce leakage.

4. The quality of the design and manufacture of the sealing contact surface is mainly due to the unreasonable spacing or damage of the sealing contact surface, which leads to the deterioration of the processing quality of the sealing surface.

5. Even if the quality difference of the hydraulic seal itself is not equal to the installation quality difference, leakage will occur. The error distance of the structural shape position is too outrageous, the surface is not smooth, the elastic difference of low physical and mechanical strength and other factors, the process of assembling the hydraulic seal during installation moves too much, which may cause damage to the seal or shape deformation and leakage.

6. The hydraulic oil used in the hydraulic system is contaminated, and there are particles such as residue and dust in it, which contact the parts, and the sealing surface and sealing effect are damaged, causing leakage.

7. The working environment of hydraulic sealing machinery is unqualified or bad, resulting in high working pressure of hydraulic system, high working oil temperature, fast relative movement speed, flying dust in workshop, humid air, dirty air, wet ground and other external environmental conditions, which are easy to aggravate hydraulic oil. pollution, accelerate the early wear of hydraulic seals, and cause a large amount of hydraulic oil leakage.

8. The maintenance and management of the hydraulic system is unreasonable, which will affect the quality of the hydraulic oil or cause the pollution of the hydraulic oil. In addition, the long-term high temperature cycle operation of hydraulic oil or the mixed use of various hydraulic oils will cause the oxidation and deterioration of the hydraulic oil to precipitate, pollute the hydraulic oil, and easily leak during use.
